Established by the Gass family in the early 1980s Creative Gardens has grown from a small nursery business into a family of 4 wonderful Garden Centres & cafes covering much of the population of Northern Ireland. The business has won countless awards for its centres and cafes over the years and as the only NI members of the prestigious Garden Centre Association customers can be assured of top notch experience when they visit any Creative Gardens location.

Creative Gardens have grown their Customer Loyalty Scheme from humble beginings into a vital element in their marketing toolkit. Reaching customers who have signed up at any of their four centres they promote special offers and free visits to their cafes.

Solution

Partnering with Tricord gave the Creative Gardens access to expertise to handle the complex data sets that their system produced. Tricord developed scripts specifically to analyse and process the data so that the full colour vouchers could be produced efficiently.

Our digital presses have the capacity to print the personalised vouchers within the tight deadlines required for this very specific direct mail campaign. So once the campaign timeline has been agreed the mailing team at Tricord schedule all of the elements into production planner.

Results

Creative Gardens have dramatically increased footfall at all centres using the vouchers. In fact the timing of them door stepping is now managed very tightly because the kitchens need to bake hundreds more scones for the day that the vouchers are delivered!!
