From initially providing a comprehensive fulfilment service for RLSS UK to where we are today is testament to the strong partnership we have formed over the last twenty plus years of growth.

Stocking in excess of 2,000 SKUs and shipping all over the world, RLSS Direct has seen turnover grow under Tricord’s management to £4.2M with a corresponding very healthy resulting profit. Delivering a fully outsourced fulfilment solution has also enabled RLSS UK to focus on their core objectives while we take care of all elements of their online retail and training business ensuring it delivers greater financial returns and efficiencies.

Tricord is an integral part of the RLSS UK operational team. Operating our subsidiary trading company RLSS Direct, they provide a seamless fulfilment service and have taken the day-to -day stress off our hands.
